My classes are for adults (ages 20 to 80+) and require no prior experience with meditation. All activities are optional and can be modified for physical limitations. Class size varies depending on location.

Our true creativity lives in our mind, body and soul. In this Mindful Creativity workshop, you will unleash this creative essence and see it manifest through meditation, movement and artmaking.
Mindful Creativity is a journey to explore how meditation and movement can generate creativity and awaken your self-expression.
Join Intuitive Artist and Art life Coach Lauren, as you explore your creativity just as you explore and shape your body through five basic yoga poses. Tune into your energy that needs to be acknowledged and embraced through breath and movement and allow your creativity to awaken and express your experiences through the art-making process.
Yoga poses invite us deep into our bodies, accessing experiences and self-expression that the soul wants to communicate. You'll explore poses, meditation and mantras to create your finished work of art.
The intention of this workshop is to support people in becoming grounded, confident and to embrace their inner artist and experience the beauty of creation.
* We will be painting with watercolors and acrylics
* Creative tools will be provided but feel free to bring your brush, paints, pencils etc.
* Please bring your mat and a journal (art paper will be provided)
* Healthy snacks and water will be provided
